Shipping & Returns


Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, made and dispatched. During peak periods (Christmas) please allow 5-7 business days. 

If orders have been purchased under Made-To-Order, please allow 10-14 business days to process as they are custom made.


We hope that you love your new accessories; however, if you find it unsuitable or you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). We would love to hear your feedback, and would greatly appreciate if you could drop us a note explaining the reason for your return at

Goods once sold cannot be refunded; however they can be exchanged for another item of the same price or number of items totalling the same value.

Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us and we cannot refund items damaged in transit, so we recommend purchasing additional insurance when shipping items.

Please ensure that all items returned are returned in their original packaging.
