Care Instructions

Handy tips on keeping your Imperfect jewellery looking fresh.

General Instructions

Store in a dry & clean place; preferably in a jewellery box or earring board.

Please remove all your jewellery before entering into water.
DO NOT allow any children to play with, wear or chew on your jewellery.

Polymer Clay

Clean plain (no glitter or foil) polymer clay earrings & beads by using a slightly damp baby wipe or cloth. Dry before use.
All polymer clay beads & earrings with foil/glitter are glazed for protection. Clean only with a damp cloth with water. No chemicals please as this can eat into the glaze.

Avoid contact with perfumes, hairspray, makeup & moisturisers. These may cause discolouration to your jewellery.

Please keep your jewellery safe....... they don’t like to be thrown around.
Please treat your clay earrings with care - if dropped or stored incorrectly your earrings may break or become damaged.

No refunds or replacements will be given for any jewellery that has been damaged from the above.

Brass

Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc and will naturally tarnish when exposed to oxygen. Tarnishing is actually a protective layer for the brass. Keeping it shiny is easy.

Polish using a jewellery polishing cloth. Brass cleaner can be used but sparingly. Apply a very small amount to a jewellery or microfibre cloth and clean gently.

To avoid tarnishing store in a dry space away from direct sunlight and air vent. Its best to keep in a jewellery box with a lid.
